The RIT Munsell Color Science Laboratoryâ€™s website has a Munsell Renotation Data section with spreadsheets and CSV tables from measuring the color coordinates of Munsell color chips.

In the Munsell Renotation Data section, all.dat has CSV data mapping from Munsell hvc to CIE xyY coordinates (illuminant C and the CIE 1931 2 degree observer).
